UPDATED IMPORTANT NOTICE--CM/ECF Release 5.1.1 Upgrade in Support of Revised Forms:
Attorneys and members of their staffs are strongly encouraged to access and read the Public Notice, dated November 20, 2015, regarding the November 30, 2015, CM/ECF Release 5.1.1 upgrade scheduled for 5:00 PM EST, November 30, 2015, which relates to the impending December 1, 2015, forms revisions that take effect on and after that date. The Public Notice provides additional important information. See the previously posted IMPORTANT NOTICE set forth below for further information.

Most Official Bankruptcy Forms will be replaced with substantially revised, reformatted and renumbered versions effective December 1, 2015.
